A Year for Giving Back

The highlight of a successful year in real estate at Kollosche has been the opportunity to support so many worthy causes and groups across our communities.

Kollosche saw out another successful year in property in 2022, with the team chalking up impressive sales results for our valued clients.

Yet one of the most rewarding aspects of achieving these results is being able to share our financial success with the wider community.

Kollosche set up its Community Fund in 2019 as a way to lend a helping hand to local organisations and individuals in need.

A percentage of every sale made by Kollosche agents goes into the fund, with an in-house committee identifying worthy causes across the Gold Coast.

As a business in 2022 we threw our collective weight behind more than 15 different charities and organisations that sit closest to our hearts, from local surf life saving clubs, to sporting organisations and individual recipients. We are a major sponsor of Serving Our People (SOP), a charity established on the Gold Coast in 2020, which has helped more than 55,000 people from across the region.

In December I was honoured to speak at the SOP pre-Christmas luncheon to kick off its latest initiative, a furniture donation drive, which is being rolled out this summer.

In total Kollosche distributed almost $300,000 to worthy causes throughout the 2022 calendar year.

Kollosche is always seeking new organisations and community projects that we can sponsor or support.

I encourage anyone seeking funding for a community-based project or charity to visit our website at kollosche.com.au and fill out the nomination form - help us to help you.

New Agents Bolster the Ranks

Two more sales agents joined the Kollosche team in the closing weeks of 2022, bringing a fresh perspective and renewed energy to the market in January.

Licensed sales agent Gareth Denning joins us with 16 years’ experience selling apartments in Broadbeach.

At Kollosche he will continue to operate in the highly specialised market, but will shift his focus to prestige and new development offerings. He brings with him an already established team in the form of Sales Associate Jaymee Crook and Personal Assistant Karlee Dietzel.

Californian-born Taylor Kleinberg is the newest Kollosche recruit. He joined the team as a licensed sales agent with 19 years’ property experience.

He has recently relocated to the Gold Coast after living in Brisbane where he was a market leader in its prestigious inner suburbs. At Kollosche he will serve homeowners in Mermaid Waters and Clear Island Waters.

You can read more about both agents in this edition of our magazine.

Auction Activity Ramps Up

Kollosche is gearing up for a bumper month of auctions throughout January and February.

As market conditions continue to stabilise, now is a good time for buyers seeking to purchase ahead of what could be another Reserve Bank rate rise in February.

Kollosche has a number of luxury properties set to go under the hammer in the coming weeks in some of the Gold Coast’s most popular and tightly-held suburbs.

To capitalise on these prestige market opportunities, reach out to one of our respected agents.

The Kollosche team looks forward to serving you in what we hope will be another prosperous year for all in the Gold Coast real estate market.
