Kollosche Welcomes Broadbeach Apartment Specialist Gareth Denning

Licensed sales agent Gareth Denning joins Kollosche with plans to build upon a solid track record in the Broadbeach apartment market.

When Gareth Denning finds a passion for something, he sticks with it.

The licensed real estate agent, who has just joined Kollosche’s ranks, has spent 16 years successfully buying and selling apartments in the popular beachside suburb of Broadbeach.

Maintaining a hyper-local focus means Gareth has a high-level insight into the market and holds superior knowledge of almost every multi-storey apartment building within Broadbeach and neighbouring Broadbeach Waters.

Predominantly focused on the holiday and investor apartment market priced at $1 million and under, Gareth is now looking to shift up a gear, moving to sell prestige and new-build properties in the swathe of new developments recently built or under construction in the popular suburbs.

“The sheer number of new buildings popping up means there will be an influx of new owners and I want to be able to service those clients, now and moving into the future.

“The landscape of the Gold Coast apartment market is changing. The more boutique apartments targeted at the residential-only market offer a superior product for buyers.”

Communication is Key

Gareth’s tenacity and excellent communication skills have made him a likeable and approachable agent, trusted by his clientele. “Communication is a big thing for me. I always try to communicate efficiently and effectively with my clients so they feel supported, every step of the way,” Gareth says.

“Some agents are so focused on numbers that they lose focus of the relationship. The difference between me and other agents is that I will only do what is in the vendor’s best interest and will fight for every last dollar.”

Gareth has settled more than 425 properties throughout his career, with one of his most memorable being the sale of a neighbour’s townhouse, which he sold under the hammer for more than $500,000 above reserve.

Gareth comes to Kollosche with an established and experienced team already in place in the form of sales associate Jaymee Crook and personal assistant Karlee Dietzel.

“There are thousands of apartments in Broadbeach. I don’t feel I need to operate anywhere else, as there are so many opportunities literally on my doorstep,” he says.

“I want to stay laser-focused on the area and become a leader in that market.”
