A new face on Freeform’s hit series Siren, Natalee Linéz has cemented herself as one to watch. Starring as Nicole Martinez, the rising actress will undoubtedly become one of your on-screen favorites.

What initially drew you to Siren?

When I got the audition for the show, I had heard of Siren but had yet to see it. So, of course I bingewatched the whole first season that day! I quickly became a fan of all the mysterious characters of Bristol Cove!

How would you describe your character, Nicole?

Nicole is very driven and ambitious. Although young, she has her mind set on the goals she needs to achieve. She’s a very bad-ass character and I’m so lucky to play her!

Are there any memorable behind-the-scenes moments from filming that you can share with us?

Oh my, so many! Everyone in the cast and crew is so incredibly nice and we instantly clicked. In the green room, we love to play HEADS UP! It gets very loud sometimes and you can hear people outside the room being like “QUIET ON SET,” haha! Also, we’ve made some really funny videos, that we’ll probably be posting after that specific episode airs. We can’t share it now because we’re in wardrobe that can’t be shown yet!

What should fans be expecting to see in the upcoming episodes?

We really ‘dive’ into the Mermaid world, which is pretty cool. Ha-ha. But really, you will get a better view into their lives. And of-course, my character Nicole is definitely up to something. I am excited for everyone to see how my character unravels.

What’s on your bucket list for the year?

I want to create/start a business but I still haven’t figured out exactly what that’ll be. I want to book two films, travel to Europe, and work for a charity that’s different than the one I am already involved with. (P.S. that charity is called School on Wheels, if anyone is interested in getting involved!)

When you’re not busy on set, what are you usually up to?

I’m either baking, shopping, or doing something acting related like helping a friend prepare for an audition, self-taping, or acting class!

Any special message for fans?

Never give up on your dreams. Sounds cliché but seriously. Keep going. I literally went on 100 auditions before booking ONE. 1,000 failures equal one success.
