T U E S D AY NIGHT HEFFRON Nash Kent reversed last weeks result when he convincingly won the sprint in front of Alex Nazarewicz as A grade once again dominated the closing laps. The win now places Kent second in the pointscore with Nazarewicz still leading on 17pts It was a hectic closing laps with 100 riders coming together just inside 3 laps to go and the inevitable touch of handelbars created a split in the field resulting in some riders forced to retire early but fortunately no casualties. Darcy Ellerm-Norton did his best to fracture the race on the bell lap but he was reeled in by the front group of only 16 which contested the sprint. Rolando Delaytz bagged his second B grade win of the series and proved he’s a hard man to beat in a fast finale only just missing the top 5 by one spot. Matt Hale also reversed last weeks C grade results when he lead home the second group beating Andrew Gordon in the process. PLACINGS
