EXPLODED SITE PLAN The site is located on the heart of downtown Tempe, which is growing upward and outward, and is becoming increasingly interconnected as a result. The following map shows the traffic that happens in downtown Tempe due to the many options of travelways available; light rail, buses routes, bikeways, by foot, and future implementations such as streetcar.

The Land Use shows a transition from low residential to mid density residential and commercial (west to east). Although downtown Tempe haS the highest density in the city, there is still room for growth with future infills and vacant lots. Downtown tempe haS many parks within 1/4 miles radius, which are significant destinations for residents and visitors.
