NATIONAL FCS DAY CELEBRATED IN CAFETERIA Family and Consumer Science Club will be celebrating National Family & Consumer Sciences Day by handing out stickers in the cafeteria at 6 p.m., today. The theme for FSC Day this year is “Dining In” for Healthy Families. The goal is to promote eating at home and not going out to eat in order to become more healthy individuals and families.

FORMER STUDENT’S TRIAL DATE SET
A jury trial for former CSC student, Timothy C. Jungquist, will be in the Dawes County District Court on Jan. 28 and 29, 2016. Jungquist was arrested in connection with an alleged firstdegree sexual assault in October 2014.

TRACK TEAM TO COMPETE IN FIRST MEET

The CSC track and field team will begin the indoor season Saturday at Black Hills State University for the Yellow Jacket Holiday Open. In the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association preseason rankings, the CSC men’s team is projected to finish 22nd and the women are projected to finish 16th.
The men’s and women’s basketball teams will begin conference play, Saturday, against Regis University. The men are coming off a loss to Northern State University and the women are still searching for their first win of the season. Tip off for the women’s game is set for 5:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. for the men. Please see pages 5 and 6
