EARLY CHILDHOOD CONFERENCE SET FOR FEBRUARY
ECLIPSE, FULL MOON, COMET, OH MY!
The 28th annual Excellence in Early Childhood Conference will be hosted at CSC on Friday, Feb. 17 and Saturday, Feb. 18. The title of this year’s conference is “United We Stand for Children...One and All.” Friday will feature four sessions and Saturday will showcase internationally renowned presenter and author Daniel J. Hodgins.
Friday night and Saturday morning there will be a “triple-header” when a penumbral eclipse will be seen during a full moon, while a comet flies by. It will be visible in North America during moon rise, with the best chance to see the comet at 1 a.m. Saturday.
