SENATE UPDATES BUDGETS
After examining funds, the Chadron State Senate has vetoed a decision to allocate $10,000 to The Big Event. Having previously agreed upon the $10,000 amount, research into the Senate budget revealed potential shortages which influenced the Senate’s
decision to veto. The veto, passed during Monday’s meeting, afforded the Senate additional time to update budget numbers, allowing a more informed decision regarding The Big Event. CAB will also present potential solutions.
