‘FALL WORK’ DAY PLANNED FOR SAT. CSC Campus Arboretum Volunteers will gather from 9 a.m.noon, Saturday, to have a “Fall Work for Sprint Planting” day. Volunteers can plan to collect seed, work soil, and transplant flowers. Volunteers are welcome to meet in the parking lot south of the Math and Science Building. SANDOZ CONFERENCE OPEN TO PUBLIC
CSC ANNUAL RODEO IS FREE FOR STUDENTS
Renee Martini Laegreid, author of “Women on the North American Plains,” will present at 7:30 p.m., today, in the Student Center for the Mari Sandoz Heritage Society Conference being hosted at CSC today and tomorrow. The conference is open to the public tonight.
CSC’s annual rodeo is schedule for tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday. Rodeo Alumni will be celebrating their first reunion in four years. Slack will be at 1 p.m., Friday, and the rodeo performance at 7 p.m. Slack will be at 9 a.m., Saturday. A social for alumni with current CSC rodeo team members will be from 5-7 p.m., Saturday followed by the performance. The short-go performance is at 10 a.m., Sunday. The rodeo is free for CSC students with IDs.
