FOUNDATION FUNDRAISER RAISES $100K

The Chadron State Foundation raised $102,987 during its fall fundraiser that concluded this week. The fundraiser consisted of 124 volunteers from the community and the college.

FOUNDATION FUNDRAISER RAISES $100K Markus Egeler Jones, assistant professor of English and Humanities will host a reading of his upcoming novel “How the Butcher Bird Finds Her Voice,” at 7 p.m. tonight in the Mari Sandoz High Plains Heritage

Center Chicoine Atrium. The reading is free and open to the public as a part of CSC’s Distinguished Writer series, sponsored by the English and Humanities Department.
