The medal recognizes Reicks’ outstanding leadership and support to CSC’s Army ROTC program. The medal, approved by Maj. Gen. Christopher Hughes, Commanding General of US Army Cadet Command and Fort Knox, is not typically awarded to junior ranking officers unless he or she has made significant achievements across a broad spectrum of an organization.
WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CHADRON The Weather Channel reports that Chadron is expected to receive three to five inches of snow tonight and an additional one to three inches Friday.
