Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Terms & Conditions An Eden Residence Club (ERC) Membership may be purchased by and registered in the name of an individual, Trust or a commercial organization, subject to the following terms and conditions, and the Club’s Rules, Regulations and Membership Plan:

registered as the Members, whose application will be subject to the standard procedure for Membership application and terms and conditions of the Club. Ownership and Membership are treated as two separate issues.

Ownership may be transferred to another associated commercial organization, trust or individual, subject to the written permission of the Club, but the owners may not change the individual nominated for Membership outside of a direct family member.

The ERC Membership cannot be rented, but can be resold only under the scenario when it is attached to the deeds of a real estate interest in a participating club within the association. Alternatively a Member may introduce and nominate another family member to take over their Membership. Under either scenario the member will simply pay the administrative charge or transfer fee to transfer the Membership.

The administrative changes must be approved and confirmed in writing by the Club prior to any other individual attempting to use the privileges of Membership. Violation of this clause will deem the Membership null and void.

The ERC Membership will be issued in the form of an individual Membership as a revocable licence. The Club shall not be liable to repay any sums associated with the ERC Membership to any individual, trust or commercial organization ERC Members will be responsible to pay the Club’s Initiation Fee plus the Annual Dues each year relating to the Membership type in accordance with the Club’s Rules and Regulations. Failure to pay the Club’s Annual Dues will terminate the Membership and all rights and privileges will be forfeited.

The Initiation Fee and Annual Dues are subject to change and may increase. ERC Members shall be exempt from any assessments.

Membership Privileges:

a. ERC Members will be entitled to participate in the Club’s events each year and take up to three guests to these events, subject to

payment of the Club’s participation fees and booking policies. b. ERC Members will be entitled to invite up to three guests to the Club’s hospitality facilities at major sporting events, fashion shows and other world-class occasions, subject to payment of the Club’s participation fees and booking policies. c. ERC Members will be entitled to use the Residences at Pittormie Castle and invite up to six occupants to stay in any Residence subject to availability and payment of the Club’s accommodation fees. Whilst staying on property Members will be able to utilize all of the Club’s facilities and services, taking guests to enjoy numerous activities including world-class golf, fishing and shooting, subject to payment of the relevant fees. d. ERC Members will be entitled to use the Residences at other Eden Residence Club destinations and invite up to six guests to stay in any residence subject to availability and payment of the Club’s accommodation fees. Whilst staying on property Members will be able to utilize all of the Club’s facilities and services subject to payment of the relevant fees. e. ERC Members will be entitled to use the Residences at other Partner Club destinations and invite up to six guests to stay in a residence subject to availability and payment of the Club’s accommodation fees. Whilst staying on property Members will be able to utilize all of the Club’s facilities and services subject to payment of the relevant fees. f. ERC Members will be entitled to utilize all of the services and facilities of the Club’s Concierge Service including access to their own Lifestyle Manager. Members may take family members and guests to enjoy the services of the Concierge, subject to the payment or relevant theatre, activities, transfers and groceries charges and any prevailing fees. g. The Concierge will liaise with the local concierge where accommodation has been reserved to ensure that Members’ requests for chauffeured transfers, airport collections, excursions, dinner reservations etc. are executed in a timely fashion. All incidental items will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may apply. h. ERC members will from time to time have access to special rates and special offers within all ERC destinations and other Exchange Partners which will be listed on the Club’s web portal from time to time. i. ERC Members will enjoy access to the ERC private portal including thousands of properties worldwide.

None of the benefits are refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Accommodations are subject to availability and the Rules and Regulations of each Club/hotel/resort.

All accommodation must be paid for at the time of reservation. 100% cancellation fees will apply. The Club cannot hold any accommodation for Members without payment.

Membership is subject to the Club’s Rules, Regulations and Membership Plan.

Annual Dues may be pro-rated to the date of joining in any year or may be delayed to the following January to start in the next year’s Annual Dues.

Cost of Eden Residence Club Membership: Payment in full: - $35,000 - payment in full upon application.

- or Payment Plan of five instalments: $7,000 with application, $7,000 on the first anniversary, $7,000 on the second anniversary, $7,000 on the third anniversary and $7,000 on the fourth anniversary The membership cannot be used until the Club has received payment of the joining fee and annual dues as stipulated. The Club will not make any refunds for any reason whatsoever.

This is in accordance with the Club’s Rules and Regulations and Membership Plan.

All information relating to Membership is contained within the Membership Plan which is provided to all applicants upon request.

A copy of the Clubs Rules and Regulation and Membership Plan will also be provided in electronic format before joining and in hard copy once a new member joins the Club.
