We live in a world of exponential technological advancements, which accelerates our capacity to innovate. However, all our management thinking and organizational dynamics are set up for a linear, predictable age. It´s critical today that executives fully understand the implications of new technologies and the impact on organization structures. The second day will be focused on the ExO Attributes. Starting with a comprehensive session on the MTP (Massive Transformative Purpose) and a practical workshop to kickoff the process of defining either a MTP for the organization or several MTPs for a new ExO that may be launched at the edge of the main organization. After having a clear idea of the MTP (and potentially one already defined), teams will get a deep dive into the external (SCALE) and internal (IDEAS) ExO Attributes that ExOs usually implement.

Teams will learn and work on three different ExO Strategies. From the technology point of view, the focus will be on learning how to evaluate and take advantage of accelerating technologies that pose major opportunities or threats to your business. From the startup point of view, the focus will be on discovering disruptive startups that are relevant to the organization and to formulate a build-vsbuy strategy. From an internal point of view, the focus will be on implementing the ExO Model to the greatest outcome in the shortest amount of time.

The fourth day will provide the executives with the processes and tools that they will need to start implementing the ExO Model within the organization. Starting with the ExO Canvas, which is an easy-to-use tool that will allow your team to either adapt to the current organization or to define new ones to be a real ExO.
