Terms and Conditions:
Cattle will sell under the Standard Terms and Conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association, including payment upon purchase.
Liability:
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Triple T Land & Livestock, Inc. and Buffalo Livestock Marketing assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.
Delivery:
Delivery of all bulls is free of charge within 250 miles. A $50 discount will apply if buyer takes bull on sale day or at the ranch within one week of sale day.
Health and Fertility:
Drs. Jay and Brandi Hudson oversee all health protocols and complete the fertility testing on all bulls. All cattle will sell with proper health papers for interstate shipment. All bulls selling are selling sound and fertile, having already passed a breeding exam. Bulls are vaccinated at birth for Types A, C & D. The bulls are vaccinated with Vision 7 and Vista Once SQ in the Spring at branding and receive two booster shots in the fall. The bulls have also been vaccinated twice for warts and foot rot. Additionally, bulls have been poured twice for lice and drenched with Valbazen. All bulls have tested negative for PI BVD.
Inspection of Cattle:
Cattle will be available the morning of the sale at Buffalo Livestock Marketing. Cattle will be available anytime for viewing at the ranch, located South of Newcastle, Wyoming. Videos will be available the week before the sale at www.bar-t3livestock.com.
Calving Ease Recommendations:
We have identified bulls that we feel should be considered to be used on heifers in the sale catalog. These bulls have been identified with calving ease stars and also with notes under the EPDs. These recommendations are made based on birth weight, pedigree, and the sire and dam of the bull. Buyers should consider their cattle and program when making purchasing decisions. We would be happy to visit with you about any bull.
First Breeding Season Guarantee:
Bulls selling are guaranteed fertile and sound for 90 days from first turnout. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided, or if the buyer prefers, credit toward another bull will be given in next year’s sale. Credit for the amount of purchase minus $2000 will be applied toward the purchase of another bull. Buyer keeps all salvage value. You must notify Triple T Land & Livestock, Inc. before the injured bull is sold for salvage or by September 1, 2024. This is not a mortality guarantee, nor does it cover neglect or mismanagement.
Livestock Mortality Insurance:
Mortality and injury insurance is recommended on all purchases. Death after the sale will not be the responsibility of Triple T Land & Livestock, Inc.
Volume Discounts:
We offer the following volume discounts: 2% on two bulls, 3% on three bulls, 4% on four bulls, with a maximum of 5% on five or more bulls.
Bull Data:
All bulls have DNA enhanced EPDs, generated using the HD50K test powered by Zoetis in cooperation with Leachman Cattle of Colorado. Breed Association EPDs (Expected Progeny Differences) are listed for all registered animals. Leachman ABCs (Across Breed Comparisons) are listed for all un-registered animals. All ABCs are on an Angus base and can be compared across all bulls in this catalog.

Welcome friends, neighbors, and customers to this year’s Triple T Land & Livestock Annual Production Sale. We made the decision to move our sale to April 10th this year, to allow time for the bulls to pass a breeding exam before being sold. We believe that this will provide “Peace of Mind” for the customer to know that the bulls have already passed a test and will be guaranteed Breeders. We are excited about this set of bulls being offered this year and have set our goals high for future production sales as well. we are currently calving next year’s calf crop and have been producing embryos since last fall that will be bulls offered in our 2025 Bull Sale and heifers that will become future donor cows in our program.
There is a lot of talk in the industry at the present time that we have come to a “fork in the road” where a choice must be made between maternal or performance traits. We do not agree with this and believe that you can have both. The genetics that bring both sets of traits to the table do cost more, however, our job as seedstock producers is to put those genetics in a package which is affordable to every cattleman. That is why we focus on using high $M and High $C bulls in our breeding program and continue to analyze and improve the genetics of our cattle.
We are acutely aware that cattle must be profitable at every stage of the beef supply chain. Starting at the ranch, cows need to wean heavy calves, maintain condition, and breed back with minimal inputs. In the feedlot cattle need to grow and have efficient feed conversion while producing the high quality carcasses desired by packers and consumers. We are committed to producing cattle with the genetics that provide the highest profitability possible. Although prices in the industry have been at an all time high this past winter, we are enthusiastic to see what the next few years have in store. Given the low cattle inventory in the United States, we feel prices will continue to increase and those with superior genetics will, of course, be in the most advantageous positions.

Triple T Land & Livestock Replacement Heifers
Our replacement heifers are a result of years of A.I. breeding, focusing on growth, carcass quality, docility, calving ease, and profitability, while maintaining a moderate frame. The heifers were vaccinated at birth for overeating disease; Types A, C, & D. They were vaccinated with Vision 7 and Vista Once SQ in the Spring at branding, and received two booster shots this fall. They were bangs vaccinated and poured in early January, and have received ViraSheild 6 + VL5 HB in order to be ready to breed this Spring.
A gate cut will be available on these heifers.
