This is a powerful set of 6 open yearling heifers that comes to you from a long line of selected genetics from Carnahan Ranches. Selected for disposition and structural soundness, these heifers were gate cut from our replacement pen with uniformity in mind. Heifers are home raised, 2024 spring born calves. They were weaned November 1st on oat hay and a starter ration. They are fully vaccinated with Vista Once and 7 Way boosters, 2 rounds of Endovac, and boostered with a Nasalgen3 vaccine at weaning. They have received Ivermectin pour-on. Heifers are out of Limflex & SimAngus cross cows by Angus, SimAngus and Limflex Bulls. Raised above 6500 feet elevation.

This set of Angus heifers will add a powerful base to your herd. They have grown well this fall while raising calves in utero. They are all bred Hereford and will soon have baldy calves by their side. They are due to start calving March 16th for three weeks.

A baldy cow is the most valuable asset in our herd. The hybrid vigor these cows bring is unmatched. The baldy cows have been phenomenal mothers we use to ai as well as be recips for many different herds. Time after time they raise big calves. This group is heavy muscled, deep sided and good footed. They are due to start calving March 16th for two weeks.

These black heifers are big and powerful and will be phenomenal cows. I am not sure we have weaned a better set of black. This solid set of heifers is ready to be crossbred with anything and make a great hybrid calf. We will keep their sisters to be the Angus base of our herd. They have full calfhood vaccinations and also boosted at weaning. They are Bangs vaccinated and ready to breed. Heifers are sired by True North, Chaps, and cleanup bulls from Krebs Ranch, Hoffman Ranch, and Bear Mtn Angus.

These females are an outstanding set of Hereford sired heifers, born February 7 to April 5 ‘23. They were AI’d early May to Stevenson Turning Point then turned out with low-birth-weight Booth and XBar Angus bulls. They were ultrasounded 9/12/24 as AI bred. They come from some of the best producing mothers in our herd. They have all received their first round of scour vaccine, as well as back-pour and 7-way vaccine, and recently followed up with Inforce 3.
