Our network of dedicated seafood-cutting houses helps us deliver seafood with unmatched freshness and variety. Every fish we offer is cut to order and delivered to our stores the next day. In our seafood cases, you’ll find up to 13 varieties of fish at any given time—from sea bass and swordfish to tuna and halibut.

FRESH-CAUGHT WILD SALMON

Prized for its vibrant color and complex flavor, wild salmon is a seasonal catch that’s only available for a limited time. Once salmon season begins— typically June through early fall—The Fresh Market is one of the first retailers on the East Coast to offer this unforgettable fish. Look for three coveted species— king, sockeye and coho—from the cold waters of the Pacific Northwest.
