Other Claims Dismantled

Let’s resolve right to the heart of the matter. The principal assertions for other regions who wish to be Ophir all either originate or are supported by the British. In essence, it is the British who are suppressing this history and geography of the Philippines initially with the assistance of America. Spain rebranded things and certainly operated with loathing distaste but still identified the Philippines as Ophir and Tarshish and the record reflects this in their writings. When Britain could not win a direct debate, they moved to offering confusion in making assertions of Ophir in multiple locations in which they cannot even agree with themselves nor do they ever substantiate anything which is clearly not their intention but to offer chaos and distraction which is a tactic we have seen often. This comes from so-called scholars yet their ignorance on the topic is the most profound we have seen. All of this however, was performed under the rule of the Holy Roman Empire from the conquest to the hand-over from Spain to the U.S. who supposedly purchased the entire Philippines for the lump sum of $20 million. This confuses us greatly as why did the U.S. not then grant the Philippines their independence immediately if they were not yet another conquering power? Why would the Philippines have to fight for their freedom against America who clamped down on the Philippines around 1900 like any other colonial power killing as many as 2 million Filipinos in some estimates. They were finally granted their freedom in a sense after becoming America’s battleground in World War 2 while the whole mainland America remained unscathed. Their stranglehold on the economy has continued until this day in many arenas. Also, for a mere $20 million knowing the resources of the Philippines, 211
