STUDENT CONDUCT

1. Students must proceed to and from assembly in a quiet, orderly manner. All students are expected to participate in assembly.

2. Students must conduct themselves in a proper manner while in school and when on their way to and from school. This includes when walking on the street and traveling on buses.

3. While wearing the uniform of Graydon Sealy Secondary School, it is an offence to loiter on the road, or outside shops, hotels, other business places or places of entertainment. It is also an offence (and unbecoming) to eat or drink while walking the street in uniform.

4. It is an offence to smoke, drink alcoholic beverages, gamble, use obscene and/or abusive language or be involved in illegal drugs either on the school premises or in public whether in school uniform or not.

5. At no time should students bring to school any of the

following:

Sharp-edged implements or weapons including scissors, razors, needles, knives, etc; guns of any type (including toy guns); radios
