It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that ALL contact information is current and usable. In the event that there is an emergency, you need to be easily reachable so that your child/ward can be adequately attended to.

Keeping your contact information current also assist the school when contact must be made with you regarding the educational needs of your child/ward.

Please ensure that you have completed the Parent/Student contract and filled in the current contact information. Ensure that the Parent/Student contract is signed by both Parent/Guardian and the student as this indicates that you both understand and embrace the school’s standards and what is expected from the student.
