Mobile App The Group’s mobile app is available for iPhone/iPad and Android. The free app makes is easy to search for homes onthe-go. Using the phone’s GPS, users can search MLS listings in their immediate vicinity. Going a step further, Scope Search is an augmented reality tool that uses the device’s camera to gather information on a home for sale. Property details and listing price will be overlaid on the image. A search can also be conducted by drawing a circle on the map to pull up listings in that designated area. The app can be found in the app store by searching ‘group real estate’.

Google Earth Liquid Galaxy™ The Group’s new location, THE SOURCE, located at 121 E. Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins, incorporates technology not found in any other real estate company in the area. Made possible by a partnership with Colorado State University, the Liquid Galaxy gives the user an immersive Google Earth experience.
