In 2012, 47 homes sold in Fossil Lake Ranch making it one of the top selling neighborhoods in Northern Colorado. Located in the southeast corner of Fort Collins, its desirability is attributed to a variety of housing options, a prime location providing access to schools, shopping and entertainment, and protected open space.

Fossil Lake Ranch was developed by Everitt Companies, known for many of their fine neighborhoods throughout the city. The first residents began moving to the location in 2000. MARIANA BUTTE Since it’s construction it has evolved into a diverse neighborhood that has something for everyone from families to retirees. “We have lots of community,” said Pat Berkheim, a 7 year resident, referencing groups who go out to dinner together regularly. Most days driving through Mariana Butte residents can be seen loading up their cars, working in their yards or perhaps enjoying a round of golf on the award winning 18 hole course. The Mariana Butte neighborhood located in the foothills began development in 1992. Types of homes include attached and unattached patio homes, single family homes, and luxury custom homes, many with some of the best views in Northern Colorado.
