Q. If I want to add people to my group, am I allowed to increase my number of tickets?
A. There is a $1 per ticket handling fee included in the ticket price, which is much less than the $8-$12 fees typically charged when buying single full price tickets.
A. Groups must have a minimum of 10 people attending a select show and performance time. Discounts may vary based on individual shows.
Accessible Seating: The Hanover Theatre is committed to providing access and an enjoyable visit to persons of different abilities. Spaces are reserved for patrons who use wheelchairs and for their ambulatory companions. It is the intent of the theatre to comply with all ADA provisions where practical.

Please have your contact info, the name of the show that you are interested in (including day, date and time) and the potential number of people in your group. We will get back to you with the availability on your preferred show(s).
Q. How many people must a group have to be eligible for the discounted group rate?
A. The Hanover Theatre accepts payments in the form of a check, money order or a valid major credit card. Personal checks are not allowed for group payment less than 15 days before the performance.
American Sign Language: We are pleased to offer ASL interpretation sponsored by FLEXcon at a select number of performances including our Broadway performances. ASL interpretation allows deaf and hearing impaired patrons to experience the joys of live theater through the use of ASL interpreters.
A. Yes, the number of tickets may be increased or decreased prior to final payment. These are subject to availability and may not be added after final payment. If required minimum number of tickets is not met, then the discount will not apply and tickets will revert to full price. Cameras (Recording Devices): Our standard policy is that all such devices are prohibited from use in the theatre, and offenders may be ejected without compensation. On rare occasions, specific performers or engagements may request that this policy be suspended, in which case we will advise patrons by covering lobby signage which lists the standard policy.
Prohibited: Items and activities which are prohibited include (but are not limited to): smoking, weapons, outside food or drinks, camera or recording devices, laser pointers, disruptive or abusive language, pets (except those assisting persons with disabilities) and persons exhibiting intoxication or drug use. Offenders may be removed from the theatre without compensation.
Assistive Listening Devices: Devices are available from the house manager. Please inquire at the box office or ask an usher. These cannot be reserved in advance, but the number of devices available should be sufficient for the usual demand. You will be asked to leave your driver’s license as a deposit when borrowing an assistive listening device.
Concessions: Please do not bring outside food or drinks to the theatre. Snacks and beverages will be available for sale in the lobby.

Student matinee coordinator, Kim Pheymannicie, is proud to announce the 2022-2023 season of student matinees and field trips . According to Pheymannicie, “This year’s Student Matinee Series serves curriculum standards in English language arts, social studies, science and social emotional learning for all age groups. The education department hopes that this year’s series will enhance and expand what is being learned in the classroom.

“The STEAM workshops aim to make deeper, meaningful curriculum connections, make the standards more ‘tangible’ through real world applications and experiences, and imbue subjects with social emotional learning,” says Kim Pheymannicie.
