s a Christian, your life is preordained by God; predestination is at work in you. Nothing and no one can place a limit on you. This is God’s blessing for every one of His children, and He gave you the Holy Spirit, to be your suiciency. With Him, you can be anything, do anything, go anywhere, and be all that God destined you to be. When you were born again, you were delivered from the power of darkness, and translated into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son (Colossians 1:13). You’re therefore no longer subject to the elements of this world. This means that you must refuse to be snowed under by inirmities and the harsh elements of this world that make life unbearable for the ordinary man. It’s mainly the babe in Christ–the spiritually immature– that can be subject to the elements of this world and the circumstances around them. Your age, the economy of the nation where you live, the color of your skin, your family, educational and inancial backgrounds, shouldn’t be a limitation. Nothing can limit you, unless you allow it. Nothing happens to you by chance, but you’re responsible for the outcome of your life because He gave you authority in His Name. This is why you must 02 | The Healing School Magazine
keep growing in the Lord–unto a mature man in Christ. Then you’ll be knowledgeable enough to walk in the consciousness of your inheritance in Him. In John 8:32, the Lord Jesus said, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Ignorance of the truth of God’s Word will keep you in bondage and cause you to sufer the same things the people of the world sufer, it will keep you under because you are not aware that you are limitless. You don’t have to struggle to be a success because you function with His ability and wisdom. He is your wisdom (1 Corinthians 1:30). What you have to understand is how to walk with Him, and function in His wisdom, beyond your human ability. God’s wisdom in you is a force that causes you to walk in His perfect will all the time, and be successful in all that you do. Let nothing limit you. Acknowledge the Holy Spirit as your secret of success. He’s the One at work in you, and He’s an unlimited personality, with unlimited powers, abilities, and potentials. He’s the limit breaker. Recognize His work and ministry in you. That consciousness will produce a divine force that propels you to success and victory continually.

The Healing School is a place of the supernatural, a place of healing to the nations, giving people from all over the world an opportunity to partake in the unique blessing of abundant life.

glory of the Lord, people of all ages, from every continent across the globe gathered for this august event. Some came with diverse kinds of sicknesses and diseases, hoping to experience a divine transformation that would restore meaning to their lives. Others came hoping to see God’s wonder-working power turn lives around. By the end of the service, one thing was clear–lives had been changed, and God’s praise was on every lip.
Sunday, the 12th of August 2018, was a day like no other; exceptional and specially set for supernatural expressions of God’s extraordinary power and grace. It was the irst healing service of the 2018 August Session in Lagos, Nigeria! With great expectations for manifestations of the

A few who had been to the Healing School’s previous sessions came forward to bear witness of God’s amazing grace in their lives, giving detailed and vivid accounts of their inspiring testimonies. A completely transformed Iyobo Odiase bounded forward to share his testimony of freedom from nephrotic syndrome. After much sufering, accompanied by futile searches for a cure, the 25-year-old heard about the Healing School and decided to attend. He received healing when the man of God, Pastor Chris, ministered to him. He was immediately relieved of the tightness and uneasiness he had felt for so long. Not only did he receive healing, he also got saved. His life is a diferent story today, to the glory of God.
The atmosphere of faith intensiied as the people listened to these testimonies, and many resolved to take hold of their miracles at this service. The anticipation was profound as the man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, entered the auditorium and began to minister to the sick with the unction of the Spirit of the Lord. High blood pressure, tumors, cancers, deafness, blindness, diabetes, epilepsy, arthritis, asthma, stroke and degenerative diseases bowed to the Name of Jesus. The anointing of God was mighty upon the students as they received their healing; they were each transformed by a special touch from the Master.

For 8 years, Kate Okonkwo was held bound by pain and she experienced much diiculty as a result of a shifted disc in the lumbar region. It started as a pain in her waist, which worsened over time and spread to her back and legs. Eventually, it afected her ability to walk unaided, and she had to use a lumbar belt to reduce the pain. As the man of God declared her healed, she rose up, removed the lumbar belt, and started walking on her own. Kate is free of pain for the irst time in 8 years! She is now free to live the way God always intended–healthy and whole. What a miracle!
Lydia Araba sufered from arthritis for months, and the August Session was the opportunity she had been waiting for. The man of God ministered to her with so much compassion, and Lydia felt a release immediately. No more pain or sickness for her. She has received a new lease of life. Hallelujah!

Before he encountered the man of God, Pastor Chris, Idongesit Edet was weak and in pain and unable to walk properly. Diagnosed with Pott’s disease, he was in this condition for 10 years. At the Healing School, he received a special impartation and was healed in an instant. Glory to God! Now, he is free to walk, run and do all the things he couldn’t do before. Sounds of laughter and rejoicing echoed across the auditorium as all who witnessed the many miracles celebrated. It was a beautiful sight to behold as the people lifted their hands, leapt for joy and shouted in triumph! Indeed, He is the Lord and forever His truth shall reign. As the ministrations ended, Pastor Chris specially exhorted those who had just received healing in their bodies. “When I laid hands on you, the power of the Holy Spirit for healing and health was transmitted to your body and it works all the time. It never fails. All you have to do is believe, for it is at work in your life. In your body right now, the power of God is working. Everything that is not from God has been dispelled from your body,” he said. He also gave several useful instructions to those who had just been healed on
how to care for their bodies. He heartily acknowledged the partners present and thanked them for their commitment to the Healing School. ith God, all things are possible. When conditions defy medical science and no solution can be found by any human means, all hope may seem lost; but Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Elsa Gill, a bright and vivacious 65-year-old, discovered the truth of this for herself when she came to the Healing School. Feeling isolated and unable to communicate efectively due to loss of hearing, life had become frustrating for her as she struggled to cope with this condition. Elsa received a miracle and her healing by the power of God when she attended the Healing School Session in 2017. Totally restored and refreshed, she shares her amazing testimony. Elsa begins with her earliest recollection of the problem, “It started in 2012; while talking on the phone, I realized that I couldn’t hear with my left ear. I had to listen with the right ear. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed to be sufering from hearing loss. The challenge with the hearing was that both high and low pitches were very diicult to hear; I could hear noises, but I couldn’t get any meaning to form words. It was a shock when I realized that I couldn’t hear. I listened hard and I tried to read lips, but it was always noisy when people talked to me. Then I realized that it wasn’t getting better, it was getting worse and worse, and with great speed. Eventually, in 2015, I was tested again and the report said that I’d need hearing aids in both ears.” As is common with most people who sufer sudden hearing loss, Elsa began to experience diiculties relating with those around her. “Socially and emotionally, this condition afected me very badly. Being unable to hear was very strenuous for me, and communicating was a big challenge for me, especially in a group. With many people talking, there was high pitched sound, but I only heard a lot of noise. If I didn’t have eye contact with people, I couldn’t relate with them at all. I was always asking people to repeat what they’d said, and often times, I didn’t understand enough to answer correctly, so I believe it was challenging for other people to deal with me as well. It afected my relationships, especially my children. I still went to church, but I didn’t understand the goings on because there was no hearing. Gradually, I began to get depressed; I started to withdraw and I had only my own mind to talk with, this badly afected my mindset. “Medically, there was no cure, and the doctor said I would have to live with it for the rest of my life, and that the condition would only deteriorate more and more. I wanted God to restore my hearing for me, and I believed that He would do a miracle for me in my hearing.” This was Elsa’s situation until she decided to come to the Healing School. God met her at her point of need; her hearing was restored and her body was made whole when she received a special impartation from the man of God. Now, a new Elsa recalls her sublime experience at the Healing School, “When I came to the Healing School, I knew I was in the right place. My mindset began to shift and my emotions and feelings changed. I experienced the abundance of the fullness of God. And when Pastor Chris ministered to me, I saw him coming down the

Many still need to learn how to respond to the Word. Receiving the Word isn’t enough; what is important is what you do with it.

James 1:22 says, “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” You don’t receive God’s Word to be quiet or docile, no! Consider the Lord Jesus: after He read the Scripture in the Synagogue, He said to those who heard Him, “…This day is this scripture fulilled in your ears” (Luke 4:21). Thereafter, He went about doing and acting the Word–healing all that were oppressed of the devil (Acts 10:38). When you hear the Word of God, you’ve got to act; give it a response. Our opening verse shows us how to respond, “…he hath said… so that we may boldly say…” In other words, God gave us His Word so that we can boldly say what He has said. This is confession; responding to God’s Word in agreement with Him–speaking the same thing in consent. If, for instance, you read 1 John 4:4, your response should be, “Yes, I’m born of God, and I have overcome satan, the world and its systems, because the Greater One is in me.” Your confession of the Word is your response to the Word. That is what will change your life and circumstances. Making such confessions of the Word will catapult you from victory to victory in the transcendent life. Hallelujah!
CONFESSIONS I declare that I am living the good life and experiencing good days as I refrain from speaking guile and unbelief. I live in health and victory because that is what I speak concerning myself every day! I am a partaker of the divine nature of God; therefore, the divine health of God is at work in me. I declare that I am made whole, fortiied from sickness, disease and inirmity, and preserved in divine health. The Word of God quickens my mortal body; this is my comfort. My health lourishes daily because the power of Jesus Christ continually works in me. I do not get sick; no inirmity can thrive in my body because the Spirit of the Lord lives in me. Heavenly Father, I thank you for making power available in your Word, such that as I meditate on it daily and confess it, it works in my body like medicine. Your Word is quick and powerful; it is sharper than any two-edged sword. It rejuvenates my body and strengthens me. My body is the temple of the Holy Ghost; it belongs to the Lord and I use it for His glory. I ofer my body as a living sacriice, and I declare that my whole body is sanctiied and proitable for divine use. I declare that I reign over sickness and every circumstance and situation that I face because I have been made an overcomer in this life. I’m a new creation in Christ Jesus; the old man that is susceptible to sickness is dead. This new man is ‘the healed of God’! The indestructible life of God is in every bone of my body and in every cell of my blood. Therefore, I remain healed and live in divine health in Christ Jesus. The healing power of the Word of God is at work in my body. I declare that I am shining; my body is a relection of the beauty and perfection of God because I am the glory of God.
