About us Launched in 2015 by multi-disciplinary financial company The High Street Group, All Saints Construction is a building contractor based in the North East of England. Our parent company’s experience and expertise ensures we can offer clients an end-to-end service - providing scheme feasibility advice, design, planning guidance, construction and property maintenance. At All Saints we pride ourselves on creating long term relationships with affiliates and generating reciprocal business across the construction sector. We have recently added a new offering to our associates known as All Saints Partners.

All Saints Partners was launched with the aim of raising our profile and growing our supplier network across the construction sector. We hope this will help everybody involved understand not just the processes we work to, but the values and mission that our business is pursuing. We are looking to create a group of trusted suppliers and contractors, able to work on our current and future sites across the UK.

Our Projects Morar House All Saints has recently acquired and are due to start on site at Morar House in Colquhoun Street Upper, Helensburgh, which was designed by architect William Leiper and built between 1901 and 1903 in the grounds of Drumadoon, home of the ship owning McAlpine family. Planning permission for its redevelopment and additional development in the gardens was granted last year – allowing All Saints to complete the purchase from Edinburgh architect and developer Lorn Macneal. Next door to Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s Hill House and having stood empty for several years, it is listed in the Scottish buildings at risk register. We plan a tasteful and sensitive renovation, which will restore this fine house to its former splendour. The house is unique and impressive. It is a Grade A listed mansion which is magnificently placed in 1.59 acres of grounds, with extraordinary views over the Clyde Estuary. Although it has been vacant for a number of years, there are still numerous original features present and we plan to incorporate six spacious apartments in the original house. We are also developing a new build extension with six further apartments and to make these properties more accessible we plan to install lifts. Three large detached homes will also be built within the grounds.

Larbert House & Country Estate Another highly successful restoration and new build venture currently being delivered by All Saints Construction is the Grade B listed mansion, barns, outbuildings and walled garden at Larbert House and Country Estate in Stirlingshire. The site has been nominated for numerous property accolades and won the Best Renovation Project, Scotland title at the 2015 Real Estate and Property Awards.

Lenzie The former village Primary School, we are due to begin on site in the beautiful location of Lenzie, East Dunbartonshire. We have planning permission to deliver 9 apartments in the existing attractive large sandstone detached primary school building and a further 9 apartments in a 3 storey extension. The site is located only five minutes’ walk from Lenzie train station and 15 minutes’ drive North East of Glasgow.

Quarrier’s Village Now a residential commuter village, Quarrier’s Village was constructed as the Orphans Homes of Scotland in the late 19th century by philanthropist William Quarrier. In modern times, these orphans’ homes and associated buildings have been converted into private housing and some expansion has taken place with new residential development. We plan to develop and build 9 bespoke detached houses in the village, incorporating 3 different house types.
