The Walled Gardens, Gosforth

Regeneration of 2 former walled gardens into 14 executive properties.

Overview This development will be situated across two walled gardens; the northern walled garden will contain eight, four bedroom semi-detached properties that have been designed to a contemporary finish, incorporating large south facing windows maximising capture of natural light. The southern walled gardens will contain a further six, five bedroom semi-detached properties. These properties will be finished in a more traditional style in order to complement the surrounding dwellings. The £11 million project is being delivered by All Saints Living and will create 14 four and five bedroomed, contemporary, executive homes in this unique setting. The walled garden originally served the 18th Century Brandling Hall and was, more recently, home to a garden centre and aquatics retailer. Its sale for redevelopment has supported the much vaunted improvement programme at the racecourse. Director for All Saints Developments (NE) Ltd. Keith McDougall, said: “In an area renowned for its landscaping and wildlife, we will be building homes

Overview We have secured the purchase and exchanged contracts on a large commercial development in Milton Keynes. Presently the site consists of land and two existing office blocks. The development will involve the demolition and replacement of the current building with a 7/8 storey block of flats and commercial units on the ground floor.
