Prep Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS • 4 slices sourdough (or other crusty) bread • 500g cherry tomatoes, halved • 2 avocados, peeled and sliced • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil • 1 tbsp basil, finely chopped • Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS STEP ONE: Cut and have bread ready for toasting. STEP T WO: Heat a skillet to medium and add the tomatoes. Add oil about 2-3 minutes after they have softened a bit. Then sauté for about 2-3 more minutes until soft. STEP THREE: Pop down bread into toaster. STEP FOUR: Add garlic to pan and just heat until cooked (roughly 1 minute), then add salt and pepper to taste. STEP FIVE: When bread is toasted, lay the sliced avocado, then heap the tomatoes, garlic mixture atop. Sprinkle with the herbs. Enjoy!

The house is imbued with wellness features, including a palette of natural materials, lush landscaping, and water features that offer both visual and auditory effects to enhance a sense of calmness. It also uses spatial strategies to maximize natural light and to visually connect to the outdoors through ample fenestration and elevated vantage points. Upon entry into the house, a direct view to the backyard lap pool and landscaping is visible through a tall, narrow window on-axis.
