Accordingly, the City is seeking to contract with a qualified individual/architectural/engineering firm registered to practice in the State of Texas to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications including onsite and off-site utilities and improvements and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections. The City intends to request funding to install sidewalks on Expressway 83, Parker Road, Main Street and Rabb Road.
