TRACT NO. 2: 0.96 of an acre out of the Northeast corner of the South ½ of Block Number Twenty-seven (27), POMELO SUBDIVISION in Cameron County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows, to-wit: TRACT NO. 3: Being 1.04 acres out of the Southeast corner of the North ½ of Block 27, POMELO SUBDIVISION, Cameron County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows: to-wit: as is more fully shown by Plaintiff's Original Petition for Forced Sale of Real Property as Reimbursement for Taxes Adavanced Pursuant to Chapter 29 Texas Property Code on file in this suit.
