Muffuletta Stuffed Burger What You Need 1 lb ground chuck or ground meat of choice 1/2 c stuffed olives, sliced, drained 1/2 c black olives, sliced, drained 1 carrot, shredded 1 tbsp capers, drained Olive oil, extra virgin Hard salami Sliced mozzarella cheese, shredded All-purpose seasoning Salt and pepper, to taste Hamburger buns, or bread of choice, lightly toasted Lettuce leaves Tomato, sliced Dijon mustard Directions • Combine stuffed green

olives, black olives, carrots, and capers; pour just enough olive oil over veggies to barely cover. • Store in a jar and refrigerate for a few KRXUV <RX FDQ DGG FDXOLà RZHU DQG peppers to this mixture if you desire. • Form four patties, 1/4 lb each. With the bottom of a round glass form a well in two of the patties. • Place a spoonful of olive mix into well of two patties, top with mozzarella and a slice of salami. • Place the second patty on top and seal edges. • Season patties with all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper. • In an iron skillet over a medium heat, IU\ IRXU WR ÀYH PLQXWHV RQ HDFK VLGH • Serve on toasted bun or bread of choice with a little spicy dijon mustard, topped with lettuce and tomato.

VARSITY FOOTBALL TICKET SALES (ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES) Season ticket holders will be given first consideration for reserve seat tickets during the week of the game on Wednesday for both home and away games to be purchased on a “first come – first served” basis. Each holder may purchase no more than the exact number of season tickets held. (The number of seats available from week to week and during playoffs may cause the limit to be changed.) The general public may purchase reserved seat tickets during the week of the game on Thursday for both home and away games on a “first come – first served” basis. (The number of seats available from week to week and during playoffs will determine the limit.) For all games played on Friday, there will be no tickets sold on Monday or Tuesday of any game and La Feria High School Athletic Department will not accept any telephone orders for tickets. Ticket sales will close at 12:00 p.m. on Friday for away games only. All reserved tickets will be sold at the La Feria High School Athletic Department located at 901 North Canal Street, La Feria, Texas. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
