Season ticket holders will be given first consideration for reserve seat tickets during the week of the game on Wednesday for both home and away games to be purchased on a “first come – first served” basis. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR REAL ESTATE SALES AND BROKERAGE SERVICES The La Feria Industrial Development Corporation (LFIDC) seeks a real estate firm specializing in commercial and residential real estate to provide brokerage and sale services for real property owned by LFIDC, located in the City of La Feria. It is the intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) to have the successful firm enter into a Professional Services Contract with LFIDC to supply real estate services as outlined herein. The initial list consists of various properties throughout the City of La Feria. The firm is expected to meet the redevelopment objective of LFIDC to sell properties to targeted industry sectors; therefore having a global reach will be important. The firm is expected to market the properties to budding entrepreneurs, existing firms and new firms seeking a new location. Background The La Feria Industrial Development Corporation (LFIDC) is home to Our Lady of the Lake University is minutes away from Simon Properties Outlets Mall in Mercedes and nearby Downtown Harlingen, Texas. With properties made up of commercial and residential open space, LFIDC is committed to development that creates:     
