It is the intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) to have the successful firm enter into a Professional Services Contract with LFIDC to supply real estate services as outlined herein. The initial list consists of various properties throughout the City of La Feria. The firm is expected to meet the redevelopment objective of LFIDC to sell properties to targeted industry sectors; therefore having a global reach will be important. The firm is expected to market the properties to budding entrepreneurs, existing firms and new firms seeking a new location.
