YOU’RE GETTING NEW NEIGHBORS OR HADN’T YOU HEARD? Government officials are required to publish their intentions in the newspaper – including their intent to build a facility down the street that you might not want. But that could change. Some politicians want to bury public notices on little seen, rarely visited government websites. Don’t let government put you in the . dark. Public notices should be published by the newspaper. If it is not in the newspaper, you won’t know about it.
