The City Manager is an appointed office created under Article III of the City of La Feria City Charter. Project will consist of: Replacing an existing 1970 Square D Motor Control Center by installing a new Motor Control Center (Square D equipment preferred) adjacent to the existing unit, including but not limited to cabinet, switchgear, conduits, wiring, etc. all complete in place. As a condition of federal grant awards, this contract is subject to the EPA “fair share goals” for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) firms in the construction, supplies, equipment, and services procurement categories. EPA’s policy requires that applicants and prime contractors make a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to MBE and WBE owned firms.
