Easy Turkey with Apples & Glaze What You Need 1 12 lb turkey, giblets removed 3 apples, cored and quartered 1 12 oz container apple juice concentrate, thawed 1 3/4 c chicken broth 1 1/2 tsp dried sage
Directions â&#x20AC;˘ Heat oven to 325. â&#x20AC;˘ Line a large roasting pan with foil. â&#x20AC;˘ Place turkey in pan. â&#x20AC;˘ Rub inside and outside of turkey with salt and pepper. â&#x20AC;˘ Stuff apples inside turkey. â&#x20AC;˘ Pour apple juice over turkey. â&#x20AC;˘ Pour broth into bottom of pan. â&#x20AC;˘ Sprinkle turkey with sage. â&#x20AC;˘ Loosely cover turkey with foil. â&#x20AC;˘ Roast 3 hours. â&#x20AC;˘ Remove foil and roast another 30-60 minutes, brushing with liquid until bird is no longer pink inside.
