W ELCO M E I want to welcome you to this year ’s golf booklet where you can find out about all our golf offerings for the 2021 golf season. With 2020 behind us, and nothing but looking ahead for 2021 we are all excited to see you on the course and at the Academy. We have something for all levels of golfers. Please mark your calendars for all the events you will be interested in for this golf season. If you are new to golf, please reach out to the golf staff and we will point you in the right direction. If this is the year for new equipment, you have come to the right place. Our Academy is quickly becoming one of the premier club fitting destinations in the south. Our instruction schedule is full of opportunity for all golfers and our tournament program will have offerings for everyone to have fun at their club. We are here to serve so do not hesitate to contact myself or any of the Golf Professional staff to get you involved with golf. Rob Clark, Director of Golf

G O L F ET IQ UET TE R EM I NDER We are for tunate to have such a beautiful and challenging course to play each day. The Agronomy team works hard to provide us with great course conditions and it is our obligation to play a small par t in helping keep the course in great condition. Please remember the following: Rake bunkers after hitting in them.

Repair ball marks on the greens. Use sand in car ts to fill divots.

Groups must keep pace with the group in front of them. If a gap forms between you and the group in front of you, and a group behind you is waiting, it is your obligation as a member to allow the group to play through. We also want to remind golfers that it is very difficult for singles and twosomes to play during peek periods: Friday at noon, Saturday before 12:00 p.m., and Sunday between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., if you are a single or a twosome, you will have more fun avoiding those times.
