Like the conventionally powered models, it is based on a ladder-frame concept, a selectable LOW RANGE off-road gear reduction system, independent front suspension and a rigid axle at the rear.
The 116 kWh high-voltage lithium-ion battery integrated into the ladder frame ensures a low centre of gravity and enables ranges of up to 473
kilometres according to WLTP. To protect it from water and dirt intrusion, it is housed in a torsion-resistant casing.
Underbody protection made from an intelligent mix of materials including carbon protects the battery from physical impact.

The four individually controlled electric motors located near the wheels develop a maximum total output of 432 kW. Together with the selectable LOW RANGE off-road gear reduction, they enable unique driving characteristics and exclusive functions. This allows G-TURN to turn the vehicle almost on the spot on loose or unpaved surfaces. The G-STEERING function can deliver a significantly smaller turning circle when driving off-road. The three-speed intelligent off-road crawl function is like cruise control for off-roading – maintaining optimum propulsion while the driver focuses on navigating the terrain.
Like the tried-and-tested variants, the all-new Mercedes-Benz G 580 with EQ Technology has a

gradeability of up to 100% on suitable surfaces. The vehicle remains stable on sideways slopes of up to 35 degrees. With a maximum fording depth of 850 millimetres, the electric G Class outperforms its conventionally powered counterparts by 150 millimetres. Bentley Motors has announced the launch of the third edition of its Extraordinary Women mentorship programme. Designed to encourage and develop the next generation of young female leaders, this year the initiative will involve students, universities and inspirational female Pioneers from the United Kingdom and Qatar.
The Extraordinary Women mentorship programme is organised in collaboration with the University of Bath, Loughborough, Warwick and Manchester Metropolitan in the UK and the University of Doha for Science in Technology in Qatar.
The programme focuses specifically on female students in the fields of engineering, design, technology, and business, and is a component of Bentley’s wider commitment to diversity and inclusion, which falls under its Beyond100 strategy. It was created and crafted to encourage women to explore a variety of career paths in the STEM and automotive sectors.
Eight students from the UK and Qatar will be selected to embark on the programme, which will involve one-on-one mentorship by specially selected, high-achieving women – the inspirational Pioneers – and will culminate in a week-long visit to Bentley’s headquarters in Crewe, England, this June.
The significance of the programme lies in highlighting the range of opportunities available for women. Participating students in previous editions in the UK, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have been able to engage with Pioneers such as Amanda Levete, a Stirling Prize-winning architect appointed CBE for her contributions to
architecture, Saudi Arabia’s Mishaal Ashemimry, the first female aerospace engineer in the Gulf region, and Amna Al Hashemi, an Emirati thought leader and serial entrepreneur.

The founder and owner of Crafter’s Companion, a craft supply company that employs more than 150 people worldwide, is an inspiration to many women all over the globe. Sara is best known for her place on the BBC One show Dragons’ Den, as the show’s youngest ever female investor and will appear on BBC One on 15 March in Snow Going Back: Comic Relief vs. The Arctic, where she has taken part in an incredible trek in the Arctic Circle for Comic Relief.
She commented: “I love what Bentley is doing, celebrating the achievements of female talent; and most importantly supporting the growth of exceptional young females through their Extraordinary Woman initiative. I cannot wait to get started and meet the student I shall be personally mentoring”.

Grande 44M amazes by offering something that doesn’t exist today: a superyacht with reduced CO2 emissions that brings bold, flowing lines to a design with four decks rather than the traditional three, embracing and sculpting significant volumes. The Upper Deck, which can be converted into an Owner’s Deck with uninterrupted sea views both forward and astern.

The concept underpinning the innovative styling – created by Azimut in partnership with Alberto Mancini – is the decision to move the helm station to the fourth deck, freeing up the Upper Deck so that it can be transformed into an Owner’s Deck featuring the master suite and a private terrace offering spectacular views. Aft, Grande 44M reproposes the Mezzanine Deck with Sea View Terrace that was central to the success of Grande Trideck. On Grande 44M, this stage overlooking the sea is made even more unique by the See Through Pool, with its plays on transparency that establish continuous contact with the water and generate reflections that give the beach club an even more magical feel.
The new layout means that architecture firm m²atelier –working with Azimut for the first time – could create an interior design that balances functionality and aesthetics, making the owners’ experience central and offering versatile settings to configure according to how they like to spend their time with family and friends.

The forward section of Grande 44M’s Upper Deck can be fitted out as a media room for guests or reserved for the owner, or alternatively as a dining area with veranda accommodating 12 people. In both cases, almost two-meter-long windows on either side provide open views outside, where a lounge area in the bow with a small firepit offers a cozy space from which to watch the sun set over the water. It’s a lifestyle aspired to by everyone who loves the sea.

Grande 44M is not only a design and lifestyle masterpiece, but also a highly advanced naval architecture project and a new milestone in the green course charted by Azimut. The yacht is also the flagship of the Shipyard’s family of Low Emission Yachts, models that offer a reduction of between 20 and 30% in emissions compared to more traditional naval architectures of the same size. The innovative naval platform of Grande 44M is based on a Dual Mode hull, the introduction of the Hull Vane® foil technology and the Mild Hybrid Plus Zero Emission Hotel Mode system.
The Dual Mode hull, developed in partnership by P.L. Ausonio Naval Architecture and the Azimut R&D department, represents the union of two types of conventional hull: the bow section is typical for fast displacement boats, while the part from midships to the stern has a chine commonly found on planing hulls. This results in a hull that allows a considerable reduction in fuel consumption and emissions at every speed range.
The foil technology is installed for the first time on an Azimut yacht thanks to the collaboration between Hull Vane, Dutch company global leader in the design of advanced hydrodynamic solutions, and the Azimut|Benetti Group R&D Department which has gained a great experience in the design and production of carbon components. The Hull Vane® carbon wing fitted to the stern of Grande 44M is able to suppress the stern wave and generate forward thrust, providing further reduction in overall drag as well as damping of pitch, sway, and roll in navigation.

The ability to combine onboard comfort with a focus on environmental sustainability is a stand-out feature of the designs developed by Azimut, which now already offers six models that can be fitted with a Zero Emission Hotel Mode system, making it possible to stay at anchor for from 4 to 8 hours with the generators off. On Grande 44M this technology achieves maximum efficiency in combination with the Mild Hybrid Plus system, a new level of electrification developed by Azimut|Benetti Group R&D in partnership with Asea Nautica.
The Mild Hybrid Plus Zero Emission Hotel Mode system is the only solution today that makes it possible to cruise with the generators off and all loads connected, as well as producing a surplus of energy used to recharge the battery pack.

Paris has always been an inexhaustible source of inspiration for artists. Ziad Nakad is no exception, and for his big return to the French capital, he has decided to revisit Parisian architecture, and in particular that of a monument unique in the world, the Panthéon. The collection is made up of majestic dresses, elegant suits and modern gowns in colors ranging from chic white to pastel orange, with black contrasting the delicacy of these shades. The pieces are architectural, with marked waistlines and fitted shoulders softened by

voluminous or ultra-long sleeves. The architectural aspect is accentuated by the embroidery work, handmade in the designer’s workshops in Beirut.
The geometric designs combined with the mosaic-like embroidery echoed the distinctive architecture of the Panthéon, while the silhouettes were rounded and voluminous, thanks to the use of tulle and silk.
For his return to the catwalk, Ziad Nakad offers a collection that is both grandiose and intimate, and successfully demonstrates his attachment to his two beloved cities of Paris and Beirut.

Orlagh Louise McLaughlin, is the visionary designer behind the esteemed label ORLOUI. Hailing from the land of Ireland, Orlagh’s passion for fashion ignited at a tender age, when cutting up Italian lace fabric from her mums wedding gown, as she lovingly crafted garments for her barbie dolls.
Embarking on a journey that led her to the vibrant landscapes of the Middle East in 2008, which now has become her home for over a decade. Orlagh’s globetrotting adventures and her sojourns in fashion capitals such as Milan, London and Dubai, and now currently Doha in Qatar, have woven a rich tapestry of inspiration. It was amidst these diverse cultural experiences that ORLOUI was born, a testament to Orlagh’s unwavering commitment to celebrating femininity through the interplay of culture, art, and the transformative power of travel.
What inspired you to name your brand ORLOUI?
ORLOUI, born from the fusion of my names Orlagh and Louise, the brand stands as a testament to the golden rulers and renowned warriors of femininity. What role does sustainability play in your design process?
Sustainability is a cornerstone of my design philosophy, reflected in the meticulous care I take to ensure every aspect of my brand adheres to environmentally responsible practices. I personally source and select all fabrics, traveling to esteemed textile hubs in India, Italy, and Japan to procure materials of the highest quality. By offering custom-made and limited edition garments hand crafted locally in Qatar and UAE , I significantly reduce the waste associated with mass production, ensuring each piece is crafted with precision and purpose. This approach not only underscores our commitment to sustainability but also enhances the exclusivity and uniqueness of every creation.
Is there any specific designers who have influenced your work?
One of my paramount inspirations is the illustrious Alexander McQueen, whose work epitomizes the perfect amalgamation of femininity and power. His designs, characterized by exquisite embroidery and intricate beadwork, exude a sense of playful yet formidable elegance. McQueen’s visionary approach to fashion, blending strength with delicate craftsmanship, continues to profoundly influence my creative ethos.

The abaya, with its timeless allure and inherent grace, embodies the essence of Middle Eastern fashion, while also reflecting the modesty and cultural heritage that I hold dear from my Irish upbringing. Designing a series of abayas for my inaugural collection was a natural choice, allowing me to pay homage to this iconic garment while infusing it with my own interpretation, bridging cultures and celebrating the beauty of diversity.

Could you share with us what drew you to Sunseeker and how your 23 years of experience with the brand has shaped your understanding of luxury yachting?
I am originally from Poole in Dorset, the hometown of Sunseeker in the UK. Growing up there, I would often visit this restaurant with my parents, and from the car park, we could see these boats being built and tested. It’s like I had a front-row seat to the Sunseeker scene, which I believe made a big impression on me at an early age!

I joined the Royal Navy at the age of xx and started traveling all over the world. Everywhere I went, I’d spot Sunseeker boats - in Brazil, Hong Kong, the Mediterranean, you name it. It was like they were following me around, calling me to be a part of their world. Coincidentally, after many years at sea, a long-term friend called me up, who had just started selling the Sunseeker brand in Mallorca and invited me to see what he was doing and the possibilities being a part of the Sunseeker team could offer.
The next week I gave my notice to the Royal Navy and started the second chapter of my working career - still on the water but with a very different clientele – and a lot more fun!
What really resonated with me about Sunseeker is this whole idea of the “Sunseeker Family.” The founder, the late (and great) Robert Braithwaite, saw everyone involved - designers, builders, dealers, clients – as a part of this big family. It’s like this sense of community that runs through everything they do. And they even have this hashtag, #sunseekerfamily, where everyone can share their adventures. It’s all about sharing in those moments together.
Sunseeker is renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship and innovative designs. Can you highlight some key features of Sunseeker yachts that set them apart in the market?
The exterior profile and design of a Sunseeker is always eye-catching - they’re like personalised signatures on the water. You can spot one from a mile away, and each model has its own distinct character and identity. They are not like other brands where the design seems to stay the same no matter how big the boat gets.
What sets Sunseeker apart is their commitment to design excellence. But it’s not just about looks; it’s about functionality too. Their interiors are always on-trend, and they really think about how people live and use their boats today.
And when it comes to the build quality, while rival brands use vacuum infusion for their hulls, Sunseeker sticks to hand-laid hulls. The impending Caribbean Citizenship by Investment price increase, while not entirely unexpected, still grabbed the attention of everybody in the industry. On Sunday, June 30, 2024, the minimum investment will effectively double from $100,000 to $200,000. We are positive about the rise, as it fits into our ethos of quality over quantity. Investment migration is not a mass-market product but a discerning one, with prestigious HNWIs our key market.
RIF Trust has taken centre stage in providing citizenship and residency solutions. Could you share any testimonials that illustrate the way you can change a person’s life?
I’ve enhanced my global mobility by investing in a St Lucia citizenship. Despite being raised in France, I was born in Morocco and am now based in Dubai. The Barkleys are a family who escaped the violence of South Africa to reside in the altogether more peaceful Malta. Indian entrepreneur Ranjit Roy has a less hectic time at airports now, thanks to his St Kitts and Nevis passport.
RIF Trust has undoubtedly made a defining impression on the lives of its clients through citizenship and residency services. How do you extend its commitment to social responsibility beyond its core services? Can you talk about any initiatives or partnerships aimed at giving back to communities or supporting charitable causes?
Sure. Residency and Citizenship by Investment helps fund social projects. The less advantaged members of society benefit from this foreign direct investment. Every year, we embrace the spirit of giving back during Ramadan. In 2024, in collaboration with Sharjah Charity International, we distributed 1,000+ plus meals to the underprivileged.
Looking beyond traditional Citizenship and Residency by Investment, what other areas or sectors do you see RIF Trust expanding into? How does the company plan to broaden its offerings while maintaining its reputation for excellence in investment migration?
We recently launched Latitude World Properties. This represents a foray into real estate. These properties make an excellent investment in themselves. But they are also a gateway to a golden visa or a Plan B passport.

As the COO of RIF Trust, you oversee the operational side of the business. How has technology played a role in streamlining processes and enhancing the client experience within RIF Trust?
In 2023, we completely redesigned our website. Users now experience a smoother site that is easy to navigate. In terms of client support, we have become more computerized and efficient. However, we will never lose that human touch. We continue to welcome clients to our offices as well as accommodate remote enquiries.
Clients are pushed away from the status quote and pulled in to looking into investment migration by a combination of factors. These include geopolitical conditions and economic developments. How does RIF Trust stay alert to these emerging trends?
2024 is famously the Year of Elections. We know that the results may trigger interest in Residency and Citizenship by Investment. What we do is to advise clients ahead of time. It’s never too early to plan for the future, after all.
Building and maintaining close relationships with clients is essential in the service industry. How does RIF Trust prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that each client receives personalized attention and support throughout their journey?
Many of our staff have acquired a new residency or second citizenship. So they can use their first-hand experience to guide the way of applicants to the various programmes. Our case-processing team is on top of all the latest eligibility requirements, as countries are liable to change these. They will keep you informed about the progress of your application.
Global expansion often comes with its own set of logistical and operational hurdles. How does RIF Trust overcome the complexities of operating in diverse geographical locations while maintaining consistent service quality and compliance standards? Are there any best practices that have proven effective in managing operations across borders?
We regularly meet as a company online. Despite the time differences, we know that we are a united team. Convening at international industry events gives management a chance to catch up in person. But we are in communication with each other at all times.

Using only the materials and components best suited for this model and manufacturing it with the greatest detail, the Forza brings music to life. With a sleek design composed of a single cabinet, the
Forza is just a bit smaller in size than the Estelon Extreme.
Forza, as the name already suggests, is full of unimaginable refined power. As the electric current passes through the driver elements, the Forza becomes alive. Every nuance dances through the air creating a realistic soundstage and fills the listener with rich emotions. The Forza is bound to impress everybody.
Each speaker has two woofers, one mid-woofer, one midrange, and
one tweeter. For the speaker to reproduce the full spectrum of sound with the absolute highest quality, a combination of four different driver types has been carefully chosen.
The two 250 mm (11-inch) aluminium sandwich woofers have been designed together with Accuton engineers, especially for the Estelon flagship loudspeakers. These drivers have an extremely stiff and lightweight membrane and very long linear excursion.
In combination with the Cell concept motor system, where the voice coil is almost the same diameter as the whole membrane, these drivers in the Forza cabinet can reproduce a truly deep, accurate, and effortless bass. The Forza’s bass has been said to sound like “live bass”. This is a result of meticulous engineering.
The 190 mm (8-inch) aluminium sandwich mid-woofer has also been co-developed together with the Accuton engineering team, with a unique motor system employing neodymium magnets to have higher sensitivity and suitable parameters for the Forza.
The 168 mm (7-inch) ceramic membrane midrange driver from Accuton employs a lightweight, extremely rigid, alpha-corundum membrane. In combination with the powerful, highly optimized Cell

concept motor system, with a neodymium magnet ring, the result is a highly efficient and transparent sounding midrange driver.
The 25 mm (1-inch) chemical vapor-deposited diamond membrane tweeter from Accuton can reproduce sounds at the highest frequencies, up to 60 kHz, with no distortions in the human hearing range.
Symmetrical driver positioning – both woofers have exactly the same acoustic load outside the loudspeaker as inside. Due to such configuration, both woofers move identically and without competing with each other. We call this Symmetric Driver Loading (SDL) technology.
The three upper drivers are positioned on the curved front panel in a way that from the listening position these are approximately at the same distance from the listener. This, combined with the meticulously fine-tuned
cross-over filters, means that the sound from each driver reaches the listening position at the same time, resulting in a coherent, pre -
cise sound signal with uncompressed dynamics, perfect tonal balance, very precise imaging, and lifelike sound-staging.

The world-renowned cigar makers of Procigar announced the sixteenth annual Procigar Festival, where over 1000 guests from more than 20 countries were welcomed to Cigar Country, The Dominican Republic. This six-day destination event featured a variety of experiences that brought together suppliers, retailers, consumers, producers, and industry associates from all over the
world to celebrate the pride and passion of Dominican Cigars.
On Sunday, February 18th, we started at the luxury destination, Casa de Campo, known as the best golf resort in the world, where attendees enjoyed the warm Caribbean sun, go for a tour of the spectacular countryside by horseback, relax on the beach, play in the surf —the list goes on. catamaran to Catalina Island took place followed by a sunset bonfire dinner at Minitas Beach Club hosted by Grupo de Maestros of Tabacalera de García.
On Tuesday, February 20th Tabacalera de García, the biggest cigar factory in the world, hosted a tour with a guided visit to their facilities. In the afternoon, guests departed to Santiago, the Cigar Capital of the World, for three days, where they were able to participate in guided tours of the following cigar factories and tobacco fields: Quesada Cigars, La Aurora, General Cigar Dominicana, Tabacalera Palma, De Los Reyes Cigars, Tabacalera A. Fuente, PDR Cigars, Casa Carrillo, La Flor Dominicana, Davidoff Cigars, Arnold André, Montecristo, as well as a visit to the Chateau de la Fuente, Cigar Family Charitable Foundation and House of Dreams. An exclusive gift bag was offered to festival guests upon their arrival, including special items such as a limited-edition cigar box, ashtray, cutter, lighter and others cigar accessories, followed by an exquisite welcome cocktail hosted by Procigar members and their staff.
While in Santiago, attendees had the opportunity to attend one more time to the Procigar Field Day, an
activity exclusively designed for one-on-one interactions with the icons and gurus of the Dominican cigar industry. Additionally, a seminar called “Cigar Wrapper Influence” was offered by Michael Herklots and David Perez.
On Wednesday February 21st, after the tours, the Welcome Dinner Party was held at the Parque Central, where all guests received an
exclusive cigar box manufactured by Zanwill International and enjoy Dominican a remarkable culinary experience together with live music by local performers. Afterwards, the traditional Dominican music contest occurred, where the winners received two special edition cigar boxes from Procigar.

de la Restauración on Thursday, February 22nd. Attendees enjoyed a unique atmosphere with a majestic set up that highlights the beauty and welcoming atmosphere of our beloved city. Those present at the event received a very special cigar box and art piece manufactured by International Packaging.
The Gala Dinner Party on February 24th was celebrated at the Centro Español, a private club founded in 1965, and, for the very first time in the Procigar Festival history, the President of Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader accompanied us in support of the tobacco industry of the country, together with others state important figures such as ambassadors, ministers, senators, among others. On this night, guests were welcomed with a special cigar box manufactured by Vrijdag Premium Printing.
The guests experienced a delightful dinner and a spectacular show featuring live music as well as several recognitions were presented:
- Cigar of the Year from Cigar Aficionado Top 25 2023 from Tabacalera Fuente (Fuente Fuente Opus X Reserva d’Chateau).
- In recognition of Procigar’s unwavering commitment to passion, tradition, and excellence within the Dominican Republic Tobacco Industry, we are happy to present them with the prestigious The Luxury Network Award. This esteemed award celebrates Procigar’s exceptional contributions to the luxury
sector, showcasing their dedication to crafting unparalleled experiences and setting the standard for excellence in their field.
- Procigar Association recognized Don Manolo Quesada and Michael Herklots for their dedication to Procigar’s charitable efforts and leading the auctions with so much success over the years.
The traditional auction of unique items filled with either special, rare or Limited-Edition cigars raised over US$ 530,000.00, benefiting Voluntariado Jesús con los Niños (a non- profit organization for ill children), Sociedad San Vicente de Paúl (senior retirement home for low-income elders), Procigar’s charitable initiative “A Home for My Family” (housing program for disadvantaged yet deserving employees of the members companies), among others nonprofit organizations. The event culminated with an after party featuring DJs, performances by dancers, and the official presentation of new passive and active members of Procigar Association.
