IF YOU WILL BE THE MS. ENVERGA UNIVERSITY 2020, WHAT WILL BE YOUR ADVOCACY?
For women to break down the career walls that society built, that is my advocacy. As an IT student who wants to standout in a field full of men, I also want other women to pursue career and leadership roles in the technological arena. I believe that society should not be the dictator of what people will be no matter what their genders are; we must transcend the labels and reach for our dreams.
For three years, Mindy’s stay in the university has been fruitful. A varsity badminton player that has represented the university in various competitions including the nationals. Now, for a breath of fresh air, she will carry the banner of her college in Miss Enverga 2020.
It is not perfection, but progress that a Miss Enverga should strive for. This, coupled with courage, passion, and the will to inspire other students to achieve their dreams are what makes a queen. But then, with or without a crown she should remain devoted to her purpose.

This is because, like them, I also struggle, I feel the pressure, and experience stress; but still, I get up nonetheless. I want to make them feel that I am one with them, that we can smile our broken smiles together.

Becoming a member of the MSEUF Concert Singers is a great highlight of her stay. It provided her support, opportunity to do her passion for singing and continuously molded and improved her whole self. With newfound confidence, she stands proud for the College of Education.
A Miss Enverga has to be a goalcentered and a goal-driven person. This is because a role model should have the eagerness to step up and forge onward so that her aims and advocacies shall be attained.

I stand to preserve the Philippine culture and values that are often forgotten. The culture that defines our identity is meant to be adored and treasured in its entirety. We Filipinos are incomparable beings with a unique heritage and it is time to show the world who we are.
Shaira’s 5-year-stay in the university molded her to a person she never expected to be. It became more valuable for she was accompanied by friends continually supporting her through life’s calms and storms. Her affiliation with the Technology Math Club is something she can be proud of, because this organization developed her every aspect, preparing her for her dream profession. This quest towards success is just beginning but she is überready to face any challenge that life will throw at her.
An amiable face is not the sole definition of a Miss Enverga because it is also the beauty that lies inside. Being compassionate, empathic, concerned with the welfare of others and outstanding academic performance are the things a true Ms. Enverga must possess.
