juice of a lemon

ginger beer fresh figs and thyme to garnish

METHOD – Combine the fig preserve, rum or bourbon and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top up with ginger beer and garnish with fresh figs and thyme.

APPLE CIDER MIMOSAS 2 tbsp

1 tbsp

ground cinnamon

apple cider

champagne apple slices to garnish

METHOD – Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Dip glasses in water to dampen the rims. Dip the rims in the cinnamon sugar mixture. One quarter fill glasses with apple cider and top up with champagne and garnish with apple slices. I DO 9
