Kendrick Lamar Kendrick Lamar is one of the best current Hip Hop artists. Kendrick Lamar raps about problems we face throughout life, for example in one of his albums called "To A Pimp Butterfly" he reads a line from a poem in each song from his album, but when you put all the lines he said a poem reveals. This poem talks about the big impact rapers have on their community and that rapper should it ignore their responsibilities and help their community out. He also tells his story of living in a tough neighborhood in which many people can relate to him because most people in the U.S come from tough neighborhoods like Compton, Oakland, and etc. He also deliverers messages to most of his music he creates like messages about racism and social injustice.
“SOMETIMES OUR DREAMS COME TRUE, SOMETIMES OUR FEARS DO TOO. ...-J COLE
J Cole
J Cole is considered one of the best rappers of the 2000's. When people listen to his music they can relate to the things he is rapping about from racism towards colored people, losing loved ones, social issues, and etc. One of his famous albums called "4 Your Eyez Only" is very touching because he explains problems many people face and it is a dark album because many people opened themselves up to listen to struggles. A song by J Cole is called "Crooked Smile" and this song explains that women should know their worth, and empowers them to not follow stereotypes that the media puts on women and that they should be proud of what's in the inside and not the outside. Another song by J Cole "Neighbors" it talks about how black people who live in nice areas with white neighbors are being prejudiced and are thought to be drug dealers because they are black in white neighborhoods. This song also shows that many African Americans are targeted by white people and are treated differently from whites from being prejudiced to thinking they are drug dealers, and being brutally attacked and treated differently from police officers.

MODERN RAPPERS These types of singers are what I call lucid rappers cause their music can be passed as a song or a rap. These rappers have the ability to capture the hearts of both audiences The 3 rappers I know that most people know are : Drake, Juice World and lil uzi vert. and some others that I won't bother mentioning because their fame only relates to the crazy stunts they perform. Drake rose to popularity once he realized his song called hotline bling, juice worlds song that rose him to popularity was lucid dreams, lil uzi vert's song that rose him to popularity was  Xo Life Tour. These 3 singers rose to the top real quick, 1 song made them celebrities, but how did they do this? I believe that they had pure luck but I also believe that its because they talked about their emotions over a girl and their life.
How to become popular/famous? its pretty simple make something that most people can enjoy or make a weird stunt that grabs the attention of everyone. Maybe even your appearance can give you fame for example 6ix 9ine got most of his fame for peculiar appearance.Â
