House Hunting for a Multi-Family in West Hartford Gary was looking to purchase a new home when he reached out to Cynthia Burke, his agent and friend. Gary and Cynthia have worked together on many transactions, totaling five properties altogether. When Gary came to Cynthia with the project of finding a duplex in West Hartford, Cynthia was ready to tackle the challenge with enthusiasm: "I’ve worked with Cynthia for quite some time," Gary said, "So fortunately, we’re very comfortable and we know each other well. She knows what I’m looking for and it was a situation where considering how hot this market is, I saw something quickly and I sent it to her. I trusted her to be able to move quickly on things."
