The project, located in the Sabana of Bogota and more precisely
the city of Funza, starts with the choice to integrate, into
a single piece of the masterplan, the natural element of the
Sabana with artificial ones such as the distribution gallery, the
built ( housing and services) and the open spaces designed.
Through the study and analysis of various references I closer
to the design of the new social housing complex. The project
evolves by initially placing in the whole lot (“tasselo”) the distribution
element or the gallery and then the various buildings.
These buildings are achieved through the redesign of the Immeuble
Villas of Le Corbusier. The entire complex is made up
of several buildings arranged in three floors with stairs placed
in a building designed for the vertical distribution and the
services of the social housing.
