The project in question is located in the parking area of the Course Soviet Union and include buildings intended primarily for residential use in line with the street frontage and a building backlog that has been thought of as the only public built for a restaurant. The new residential construction is related with the consolidated city through the maintenance of the existing stonewall to ensure continuity with the formal language of the course, characterized by the presence of the Roman walls. The buildings approach the stonewall and thus define a north facing more closed and compact, where stone and cement predominate. The openings are recessed in such a way as to break the static nature of the facades. The south front, on the contrary, it is thought to be more dynamic and lightweight as it uses “brise-soleil”, which act as a sunscreen to the large balconies and windows surfaces.
