Where life and love is seen, felt, and heard

The sound of rain and my favorite drink

At least for a while, I forget to overthink

Sunsets and waves crashing by the sea

The wind in my face and the feeling of being free

A fondness for people and places and things

Warm reminders of what life can bring More than breathing or staying alive

But with a heart beating and the will to thrive

Laughter, comfort, and a genuine smile

A love for life makes it all worthwhile
