In conjunction with the Fort York Pedestrian Bridge, projected to begin construction this fall, BUILD Toronto, the City of Toronto and Habitat for Humanity have closed a deal that allows 25 new affordable housing units into a condominium development planned for Ordnance Triangle. The motion was made by Ward 19 ( Trinity-Spadina) Councillor Mike Layton to the affordable housing committee in March.
