Plant theft a costly problem for DuWest BIA ERIN HATFIELD ehatfield@insidetoronto.com This year, the Dundas West Business Improvement Area (BIA) chose a bold design for their sidewalk planter boxes with a single canna lily, with its large, attractive foliage, as

Toronto Council has approved a cap on restaurants moving into Parkdale along Queen Street West. The cap will limit the number of bars and restaurants on the stretch between Roncesvalles Avenue and Dufferin Street to 25 per cent of all businesses on the street, and comes after several years of study and consultation.
