MONITORING MOVEMENTS OF THOUSANDS OF VEHICLES PER DAY Inside a control room, located in a nondescript Toronto office building, a small team watches the city’s traffic unfold. Cameras capture traffic at expected hotspots like the Gardiner Expressway and the Don Valley Parkway.
