What inspired your start in entrepreneurship?

Most jobs simply dont fit my creativity Becoming an Author was the best thing to do for myself Not only was it a childhood dream of mine, but I had learned all the different ways I could generate income from doing so

What has been your biggest challenge/failure as an entrepreneur? And how do you deal with it?

Speed The notion that money just suppose to fall into my lap because what I have built is beneficial to everyone I had realized my second year as an official business owner, it takes time The journey is what makes it rewarding I had to change my mind Now my foundation is built on the art of what I do and not on the profit alone Soon my belief is everyone will start to see the beauty in what I believe, and money won ’ t be a problem

How do you balance entrepreneurship and Motherhood without experiencing burnout while pursuing your passion?

Having daily conversations with God to allow me the time to do what I love and still be a good mother Keeping my kids busy with all the things they love to do has been a life saver But yes, it does get exhausting some days Kids demanding my attention, but my focus is on creating and writing I set some time aside to do arts and crafts, TikTok videos and outside activities

What advice do have for moms looking to get started in entrepreneurship?

My advice would be to do what works for the family as a whole If that doesn’t work, do what’s best for you and the family will adjust Create a schedule and plan accordingly

What does being a Pretty Woman Who Hustles mean to you?

Being Pretty is a way you speak, walk and think When you are a solid individual, being able to create multiple forms of income should come naturally A hustler to me is a person who doesn’t give up and creates their own lane in life

What books do you recommend for moms navigating entrepreneurship?

As an Author and Editor, I believe that best book is a book that you create yourself Everyone has a unique story that should be shared and could help other moms thrive Instead of looking for a superwoman Become superwoman Sharing testimonies through words of wisdom If you are not ready, Sarah Jakes Roberts and Michelle Obama are two women that every woman could learn from, and both come from two different backgrounds
