What inspired your start in entrepreneurship?

Being a single mother and having a daughter I fell in love with clothing, dressing nice and making sure my daughter was well dressed was definitely a statement I was spending so much money on clothing and one day I went in a boutique with my daughter and the owner was so nonchalant and workers were rude so I was like I am going to get my own I will get my own boutique and make women feel like they are valued and wanted I did just that

What has been your biggest challenge/failure as an entrepreneur? And how do you deal with it? owning a boutique I thought I would make a lot of money So very untrue I thought my family would support Definitely a myth

So many things come with entrepreneurship and if you are in it for the money then you are doing it for the wrong reason oh I DONT There are times when I literally don’t work and There is no options BUT take care of my Laila My daughter has witnessed me working several jobs, she has watched me work with children, raise her, start a boutique,RUN A Boutique and get my realtor license I have told her that she is my reckoning force to never give up because one day my hard work will pay off It is paying off Watching my daughter graduate from high school and go to college at LSU and focus on purpose not pain it ’ s not always where you come from it ’ s what’s in you and how bad you want it

How do you balance entrepreneurship and Motherhood without experiencing burnout while pursuing your passion?

What advice do have for moms looking to get started In entrepreneurship?

My advice to any mom is to NEVER settle You can ’ t stop, failure is motivation not a reason to stop living your purpose is bigger than you because you have someone watching you Use pain as your strength and God as your guide

What does being a Pretty Woman Who Hustles mean to you?

A pretty woman that hustles is a CEO, chase every opportunity it can ’ t be all about achievements or level of career success The real flex is when you can still operate with integrity and kindness, not becoming hardened and bitter by the process It’s when you need no validation and you can just BE It’s when you need no hypeman or introduction because life is not a show, but an experience It’s when you don’t have to compete, because in your heart and soul you know the only battle is the fight to achieve your higher self Every day I choose happiness, freedom, redemption, humility and gratitude I choose faith over fear, and GOD over ALL
