What inspired your start in entrepreneurship?

When speaking to Michelle the author is self-assured and demonstrates poise You would never guess she once lacked confidence It's almost hard to believe considering she is now a public speaker author and confidence coach Did I mention all while managing her "I Am a Brand" business?

Inquiring minds want to know: how did you do it? Archable explains she was insecure growing up A teenage plight most people can relate to including Michelle Archable's own daughter which was a motivating point for her

What inspired me to start entrepreneurship is my father who was an entrepreneur My father, Jerry Archable was a real estate broker and had his own real estate called Archable Real Estate

What has been your biggest challenge/failure as an entrepreneur? And how do you deal with it?

My biggest challenge has been focusing I am a very creative person, and my mind is always creating I had to realize that you have to implement your idea or have a team that helps to implement and execute

How do you balance entrepreneurship and Motherhood without experiencing burnout while pursuing your passion?

I balance motherhood because I allocate time for my children I have a 2-year-old and a 20-year-old I also have help from my wife, LaMorra Davis-Archable who gives me the time to be an entrepreneur However, motherhood is a priority for me %

What advice do you have for moms looking to get started In entrepreneurship?

The advice I have for moms is to know your WHY Why do you want to be an entrepreneur? Are you an entrepreneur for your children? Also, outline a time management system that incorporates selfcare, mommy time and business time As a confidence coach, I tell my clients to use their phone and set up an alarm for yourself, your children, and your business

What does being a Pretty Woman Who Hustles mean to you?

I AM a Pretty Woman that Hustle The meaning to me is I am Pretty, but no one knows the experience I have been through in life Visually I didnt let things tear me4 down physically that could have resulted in my appearance Secondly, I am an innovative, confident, and consistent woman who hustles I hustle for the legacy that I want to leave to my family
