What or who inspired your start in the home health industry?-

For the past 20 + years, I have been in the healthcare industry One day God spoke to me and said He wanted me to open a homecare agency for the community An agency that will show compassion and commitment to the patients and their families

Trinity Home Care Services is a home health company based in Atlanta, GA, that assists patients with homecare needs, including companionship, sitter services, light housekeeping, meal prep, grooming, bathing/bed bath, and dressing and clothing selection

What services are currently being provided through your agency?

Companionship, sitter services, light housekeeping, meal prep, grooming, bathing/bed bath, and dressing and clothing selection assistance

What would you say has been your greatest lesson since entering into your industry?

The greatest lesson I have learned entering this industry is how to turn challenges into opportunities

My advice to new upcoming entrepreneurs that want to start in the home health industry is as follows:

To know your market well

Pay close attention to detail, especially when submitting all the required documents to obtain your state licenses

Stay updated and informed with the constant home health changes

Understand that its NOT going to be easy, BUT its going to be worth it

What’s next for Trinity Home Care Services? We are happy to announce that we are moving to add on lab and diagnostic services where we will perform DOT physicals, DOT urine testing, DNA testing, Point of Care testing, ie, Flu test, Covid Test, A1c, etc
