What inspired your passion for advocating the need for body positivity? Can you share your experience?

My passion for body positivity comes from a lifetime of growing up plus-sized and being offered diets since I was 11 I eventually understood that my worth was tied to a scale and that I was beautiful as I was I want people to embrace and celebrate their bodies as they are and reject that worth and happiness is tied to external factors
